 Request for Proposals
The goal of The Rapides Foundation’s Diet and Physical
Activity Initiative is to create and improve opportunities
for healthy eating and increased physical activity for
adults and youth in The Rapides Foundation service area.
The Rapides Foundation is announcing a funding opportunity:
Community Implementation Grants are now available for
the organizations that participated in a community audit
and attended a Mandatory Applicant Workshop on February
2.
